I turned on the TV yesterday morning to catch the news.  We're all familiar with the "Emergency Broadcast System  Tests", but this one was different. It was warning of of a radiological attack and advised people to take cover - then followed by "this is only a test".  That was the first time I have ever seen this.  What are they preparing us for with that kind of test message?  

It left me with a really creepy feeling, rather like seeing the signs of Defcon D on 9/11.
