Well, maybe she has "pork" and "earmarks" confused. There can be "pork" earmarks, but there can also be legitimate earmarks.
We used to get earmarks for providing assistance for counter-drug programs in Latin America. They laid out specific amounts for specific activities and laid out specific parameters about how the money could be used.

Having said that, Does anyone really pay any attention to Pelosi and what she says? She's an idiot.
