Just checked my email and a realtor emailed me based on my post and she estiamted value at arounf $550k, thought that sounded a little low, when discussing with neighbor last week I told him my estimate was $650k.

You say $750k, so I gues my estimate is right in the middle of both estimates, so guess the true answer is what ever the market will bare.

No not buying, already have 600 foot point lot do not need another. LOL.
