Just recieved my AL Power Shoreline news letter, and there is an article entitled "Hydro Relicensing Begins at LM" - page 5

And the article states among other things "We will solicit residents input on issues and concerns, the we will scedule specific meetings to adress issues identified. Residents will participate in study teams to evaluate a wide array of issuessuch as winter pool levels, water quality, fish habitats, recreation and shoreline management"

Residents meetings to be held in November and January.
