I concur 100% with the Major (MAJ USA RET). Dean Construction was a class act for a very recent project they completed for me from start to finish. It was my first construction project and I expected nightmares and cost over runs. Mr Cecil and his sons actually completed on time and slightly under budget. I would not use anyone else.
