Most know who I am. I don't believe for a minute that folks come in and say they ignore this forum. There are far too many examples of this forum being used as a place for recommendations.. My experience was mediocre quality, high prices with horrible service and attitude you frequently whine about how hard you work, boohoo. You chose to open an eatery. Nobody forced you to do it. Then you have all the other side businesses that take time and attention. You should pick one and strive to make it the best of its kind around whining about how hard you work while insulting and arguing with your customer base is not a viable business plan. Your response is always the same toward criticism, you get defensive and attack. I say again, the only reason you are still open is because you are on the water.

P.S.- I also know a couple of folks that have worked for you and have heard from them how you treat employees/contractors and that is much worse.
