You will MOP up if you locate in the area of Red Hill Road at Kowaliga Road. There is only one restaurant in this area and it is Sinclairs which doesn't want breakfast and lunch business. The people in the area of Castaway Island,Kowaliga, Trillium, Windover, Winderemere, the Ridge , Nero's Point etc are always stating how they wish they had a restaurant in this area.That there is no place for breakfast and lunch.

The first one to openin this area will do well. You should do it in this area as there is already 5 to 6 places in the area you are considering.
