Subject:   What I'm wondering

I have no opinion about Al Franken or Norm Coleman. Don't know much about either one of them, other than what I've read here. And I have to say, that their parties are of no particular interest to me. I happen to like the Gov of Minnesota very much, and would vote for him for national office.

My question was more esoteric -- what can be done about recounts that make people feel confident about their outcomes? This happens time and again and there doesn't appear to be a good solution.
