The restaurant has a bad floor plan, design & size that makes the logistics impossible.

Years ago my company developed & rented a restaurant space in the Prado in Sandy Springs that was on 3 levels. It was called Daddy's Money and was run by very experienced successful folks. It failed.

In the same center we rented to some young, inexperienced operators that had bought the rights from the namesake in New York. They opened up a restaurant that became a phenominal sucess. It was called....Fridays.
