Thanks for sharing ... this is a horrible abuse and waste. I do hope she sent it to congress. Not only did the guy not get is he is being given rent assistance and no just more "free" money ... but the woman was just as bad not paying the rent and bilking the system.

We could save our tax payers so much by cutting these wasteful programs out.
