I like Lake Martin Dock. 

They did a 9,000 pound lift.  Single motor, with remote control.  The remote is extra, but worth every penny.  I put the lift up when out boating for the day, lower it down as I pull up, then secure the boat.  It's expensive, but protects your boat, and with the power cut off, makes it harder for unauthorized access to your boat.
