Yep, as I said, of course it is unconstitutional. The Commerce Clause has been so overextended in its meaning as to aalmost be meaningless. Good for Judge Vinson!

But it is not a slam dunk in the SCOTUS sadly......now if Kagan has to recuse herself it is gone.
