Does anybody know the height of the dam above sea level? I'm thinking I saw somewhere it's 480 but I can't find it.

I'm in a bit of a disagreement with my mortgage company and FEMA. The mortgage company has been required by FEMA to add flood insurance to my payment. The bottom floor of my house is at 503 feet above sea level per a certified survey. If I can prove to the mortgage company the height of the dam is less than that, they agreed to help me fight FEMA on it.

Why can't FEMA fall under sequestration? I know some,politicians that need sequescastration.
