On thing to consider is how they handle mistakes or accidents.  Might not be a consideration in a new build like yours, but on an existing home.  What if a sprayer slips and puts their foot through the drywall ceiling?  Unfortunatly it happened on my spray, the fella was OK and didnt get hurt, but there was a hole in my ceiling! 

Sensigreen coordinated for a drywaller to come out repair the hole and have it painted in a very timely manner.  You cant even tell there was a hole there now.

Getting this kind of service from a lot of mom and pop (side job kinda folks) spray foam folks would be more difficult.
