51 Billion just appropriated on top of the 10.5 Billion appropriated last week for the hurricane works out to be $200.00 donated by every man, woman and child in the U.S. or between $1000-2000 donated by every tax paying citizen in the U.S. Why give to charity when the government does it for you? I hate to sound hardened, but this conservative feels that ol George has gone overboard way too soon with all of this money. This doesn't even go toward rebuilding infrastructure.
