Where to buy for me is a matter of convenience. WD and Publix are close and both have good quality beef cuts. The folks at WD seem to be deeply offended if I ask for a special cut. Therefore, it is usually Publix hands down.
And, it is often the lowly Sirloin steak, special cut to about 1 1/2 inches thick, at $3.99 a pound. Big steak, plenty for 2 people. 95% of the time, grilled "properly" (Grilling Forum), it is tender, moist and flavorful. IMHO.
