This answer to a very reasonable question is typical as it contains absolutely no useful information. We just have to trust Hound that she has some special insight into the world because of her alleged access to special people in government. I know, she is just trying to protect us because if she told us what she really did she would have to kill us. Its super top-secret government stuff and we are better off not knowing.

As for the comment about rhetoric. Here is the definition:
1: the art of speaking or writing effectively: as a: the study of principles and rules of composition formulated by critics of ancient times b: the study of writing or speaking as a means of communication or persuasion
2 a: skill in the effective use of speech b: a type or mode of language or speech ; also : insincere or grandiloquent language

I would assume she is referring to the "insincere or grandiloquent language" although in reading my posts I would suggest it is "the art of speaking or writing effectively" because I back up my statements with facts. My beliefs can be backed up by facts and not emotion or trust me, I'm a former high-level top secret former government agent with 20 years of experience in Washington, DC. C'mon Hound, give us more details, who did you really work for? What agencies and what was your position? Were you a secretary or did you hold some high level position? We need to know more details.
