I think you meant 3 pounds of potatoes,... right?
I do this also, with shrimp, potaoes, corn, spicy sausage and sometimes crawfish. I use for seasoning a small bottle of liquid shrimp boil, a couple of fist fulls of Louisiana shrimp and crawfish boil (it's red, bagless) and a small bottle of Tabasco sause. It's very spicy and not for the wussies.
Okay,....okay,......I'm hungry,....is it summer yet?????
