Term limits is always an interesting issue
-I would contend that we already have a Term Limits mechanism, ---it's called "reelection." If teh voters don't like their elected officials, they can vote them out. Hopefuly we'll see this play out in 2010 and 2012.
-I think Senator Byrd represents a different issue, i.e., "age limitations." I would suppot an amendment that says anyone over 80 could not be elected to the congress or teh presidency
