The problem is that Biden doesn't believe much of anything, other than he is a "nice guy".  He's never been anything other than a cheerleader for someone else's legislation and Obama's presidency.  No one is going to tell me that in honesty, Obama ever consulted with him about anything, other than to give him the talking points.  No one believes he is running the country. otherwise we wouldn't see these continual "walk backs" of his comments from the WH.  If he were PResident in anything but name only, people would be too scared to walk back his words.
