Trump just said from his plane on This Week with George Stephanopolis  that he (Trump) did Cruz a favor by walking into the convention arena during Cruz's speech because if he hadn't done so the delegates would literally have "ripped" Cruz off the stage.  Great illustration of Trump's ego and the possible bent toward violence by some of the Trump supporters.
