The ''Rev'' Phil Rizzo, who is a Trump supporting GOP candidate for Guv. of NJ, purchased his home in 2015 for $1.55 million.  In 2018 he sold the house for $1.65 million to City Baptist church in Morris County which he pastors.  He and his family pocketed the profit and continue to live in the ''parsonage'' tax free.  Man those Rethuglicans sure do no how to ''legally'' avoid taxes!!
