You didn't get, or at least acknowledge my point, but that doesn't surprise me.  We didn't "suffer needlessly", and in fact had an extremely rewarding experience while we were there.  It just isn't a place we would want to retire, and getting back to Hound's post, I would bet she is right there with me.  Last post in this thread, for obvious reasons.
