I used babybacks instead, sliced individually, seasoned with Tony's, deep fried at 350*. Served with a baked sweet potato and corn on the cob, both with real BUTTER!!!
I rate them lower than the smoked version, but still pretty dang good.

On the subject of foods that are bad for you.... It's kinda' like Politically Correct social terminology. Just wait a few months, and it all changes again. And again, and,,,,,
