Subject:   Big Boat Law, Looking For The Correct Data

This is topic is addressed to the Marine Police. This weeken,I heard several rumors dealing with the big boat law. Could you please explain to me how you measure the boat,to see, if over the limit. I heard this weeken,that it was determined by the straight edge of the stern of the boat in the water floating, and where the boat breaks the water on the bow when underway.
