Just crossed Kowaliga bridge about an hour ago; there were empty trailers at the ramp, no obvious signs that the ramp was closed. Quite a few boats on the water too. Jumped on the jetski and headed out, didn't notice any debris until I got over near Cocktail Slough. Also saw Marine Police over there but they were not obviously stopping any boaters.
