We saw them and assumed they belonged to the boats that attached to them . After the storm, we saw one floating by the bridge. It had moved quite a distance. We puled it up only to find that it had an anchor on it. We put it back in the water because it did not belong to us and it had an anchor attached. We assumed the owner would come back for it. We also assumed that this belonged to the event. Sorry for your damage.
