Since we are talking about food..... if you have to feed steaks to a large crowd (10-16ish) buy a whole beef tenderloin and cook it whole..... We did this several times last year and if you cook on the top rack and turn it about every 10 mins mopping with your favorite steak sauce (moores) you get a variety of steaks from med-well to med-rare and the meat is filet quality...... I am getting hungry just thinking about it.
