If Trump were a real leader, he wold have called in the leaders of both parties and discussed FIXING Obamacare. They need to tighten the pre exisiting feature. People need a one time entry and after that have no coverage for one year for a pre existing condition plus increased premium. Or, join now or no coverage for preexising. That is why the rates are so high.
