I view myself as a realist, rather than an optimist or a pessimist – last year I poured another 6 ½ yards on the end of the ramp. At about 478.0 the end will be dry, and I hope that I never again see the end. If I do – hello more concrete. The advantages to low water – less traffic, less wake, more beaches.
