What do you mean? Lake Ouachita is a flood control lake, water level  can fluctuate as much as 28 feet in anyone year. I have lived and work on the lake;I managing one of the resorts. Average pool level is 578, I have seen it run over the spillway twice. 592msl and seen it at 14 foot below pool many times. Last year it was 9 feet below pool. Lake DeGray was 14 foot below pool last year.
When the lake is low it will scare you to death to see all the old tree top just below the surface.
