I wouldn't really speculate. In general it is my opinion:

1. I recommend that any buyer, anywhere, for any home, should get a home inspection.
2. That you can get into potentially damaging statements by speculating about the condition of any home.

For instance, if a house at 123 Main street is for sale, and we all speculate online, or in person, in the grocery store, whatever, that the foundation is cracked and that it would cost $50,000 to fix. No one has any proof one way or the other. But this speculation affected buyers - not a good thing.

For all we know, theoretically, every home in America right now could have a cracked foundation and a roof about to fall in, both of which would cost big money to fix. Unlikely, I know.

Sorry to go a long way around to say "I don't know" but I think it's worth pointing out why I will never speculate without proof of the property condition of any home, whether it's the smallest cottage in Tallassee or the biggest home on Lake Martin. And, why my lack of speculation says nothing about the property condition, just that I don't have any info.
