Is anyone else of the opinion that their quality is dropping? I was shopping their fairly regularly, until I got dissed by one of the meat counter guys.

I was there last Friday to pick up some steak and their produce did not seem very fresh. Not sure why they kept some of it out, because it was looking poorly. And the customer service doesn't seem to be what it was either.

Just an off day or does anyone think this is a trend?
