Anyone familiar with Com-Link cable? I am getting conflicting info about what they offer, and of course no one answers the phone when I call them. (Are there ANY cable companies that understand the concept of customer service?)

My specific question is: what are the tiers of service? They have a website that says that "basic" is the usual 50-60 channels, but a card that calls this "Expanded Basic." If it is in fact expanded, what's "just plain basic?"

If they offer a "very basic" that includes locals and not much else, it could really help those who like the channels-to-price ratio offered by DISH and DirectTV, but who also need local channels.

But unless they decide to answer the phone, we might never know. Which makes me leery about getting Com-Link cable, because if they aren't there to answer easy questions, how hard is it to get them when you have a real problem?
