Oh no, BigFoot, you may have to put together an online course on "101 Forum Question Answering Without pixxing off the one asking the question".

I have found that people on the forum try to be very helpful. They may not know the answer to your question but will offer what they know, what their experience is, and they hope that the info they have will help just a little bit. There are few "know it alls" on the forum, and since they are know it alls, they know who they are. From what I read the folks did answer some of your questions, except the rhetorical "How can basic be extended basic at the same time?" Maybe ComLink can answer that and maybe they, like most of us, were not at the phones during a great holiday weekend.

My answer is not complete either, but (1) I have always found Comlink friendly and helpful during business hours (2) I have found Comlink prompt and responsive to problems during non-business hours (3) I have the next to bottom service and get great service, except for some infrequent "freezing" of the screen, and ABC seems to have the most problems (4) I have had internet service--I know you don't want this but I like it--and it has performed very well (5) I got zapped by lightening last February and ComLink was here with me for several hours getting their part back in shape.

I will do better with my answer after BigFoot puts together the training materials
