Anybody have any idea what is going on with Eagle's Point (beside the builder being bankrupt)? Was down by there the other day and the one standing house is listed with a realtor. Are they going to subdivide the project and sell off the property? No signs I could see on the lots.

I'm wondering how that would work if they sold off the original house. I seem to recall that the plan was for a shared septic system, and I wonder who would be responsible for maintaining it if there was only one house.

I noticed that the large cast eagle that used to be perched on the stonework is gone.

Also went by Bolton's Cove. No action there that I could see.
