Just happened to make a pot last night. I rarely make it the same way twice and it's easy. Last night I put a pound of hamburger and also a pound of sausage. Used a can of navy beans, black beans and 2 cans of tomatoes, one diced the other Rotel. Pack and a half on chili mix. The Rotel gave it some good spice and all the meat was great. Oh yea, an onion with the meat.
First time to use sausage, I thought it was quite tasty.
