Part of the issue with the flow from Lake Lanier i slreated to endangered species in rives that receive flow from the Hooch. Whoever owns the lake won't be able to escape that conundrum as the minimum flow is related to federal law. What we have seen fro sure over the last year is that a high tide (lots of rain) does lift all boats.
