I have two Masterbuilt electric smokers that have burned out heating elements that can not be replaced. I love the convenience of set the temp and go you get with electric. Flavor is also good since the housing is sealed and insulated. However, the non-replaceable elements are a major issue. Can anyone help with a way to add a thermostatically controlled element to the boxes I have to make them usable again? I know, spend the money and get an BGE. I'm just trying to find a way to use the parts I already have and keep cooking.

Thanks!!
