We are currently building our lake home and noticed our neighbor's undeveloped lot has Styrofoam flotation pieces washed up on it's lakefront. Since the new ruling is now in effect, who is responsible for letting them know they need to remove them? I haven't been able to reach them for 2 years or so. Will the power company be contacting owners to remove the Styrofoam? Is there a report line to call? We don't want it to spread when the water comes back up in the spring. Is there a recycling place set up to take the pieces? What are people doing with their old docks?
