I don't know if I've so much "changed" my mind as I have come to the realization that he's not going to get a lot done. Like a lot of other pols, he talks a better game than he executes. For example, I expected a lot more out of him on bipartisanship than we've gotten. There have been a number of false starts. And I would have thought that he would have taken on the economy as his primary issue rather than health care.
So far, he's rather upheld my view that Pols say anything to get elected.
I am pleased though, that he is getting us out of Iraq and refocused on our enemy. But, it's not clear to me that he has a real strategy or if he's just letting the generals try out theirs. The effort seems a little vague.
