Mine is only a guess, but I think you'll see a graph slope down for a while. We're currently at a level that we are not supposed to have until March 20th. ApCo can't hold water without good reason if the level is above the rule. When the current level meets the rule they will try to follow the rule curve. If we don't have significant rain events, it is possible that we could see around 482 before they meet the rule curve (similar slope in January). I talked to an ApCo guy a couple of weeks ago and his thought was it would not go down, but he didn't work in the reservoir operation center either. They don't like to make public statements on extended future levels because they don't know what wrench mother nature will throw into the equation. They can tell you it will go up because of an approaching weather system, but that is only about a 72 hour notice. All that being said, chance of rain Sunday and also next weekend. The nearest will not be much rain however.
