Hmmm... I though that syntax was strange for Mr. Iacocca. He offered to "fix" Chrysler for $1 per year or a modest bonus if it revived (I don't remember the amount). The CEO of GM just got $9,000,000 for his participation in Government Motors this year.

Now, If the government can just knock off Toyota... they can move on to Honda or Nissan. That's "Chicago Style" leadership.
