My Dad had a heart attack while in between jobs with no health insurance and got great treatment. Yes they had to file bankruptcy but if you asked my parents whether it was worth it to save his life they both said yes. Is it fair that they had the misfortune when they did? No. But only 10 year old children and liberals think life should be fair and if it isn't the government should take away a person's property at the point of a gun and give it to the undeserving.

As study after study shows most of the people without health insurance were so of their own accord. Government will wreck our health care system and we will end up rationing like all the other countries with socialized medicine. Just look at the mortality statistics in countries with socialized health care compared to the U.S. And you think people are needlessly dying now? Wait until some nameless, faceless government employee decides your Mom's value doesn't justify the cost of treatment and sends her off to die. Then will you be happy? And who are you going to sue? No one because you can't sue the federal government unless they give you permission. It just boggles the mid the inability of people to see facts as they are.....
