I have a place at Logan Landing which in the back of Clear Creek. Well maintained with 24 hour security, gated entrance and lots of trees. Has private boat ramp, swimming pool, rec center and also a private lake. As with most all places on Logan Martin there is the wintertime problem of low water but I just trailer over to Alpine Marina (owned by the same folks as Logan Landing so I get free access to their boat ramp). I looked at the Lakeside Landing park but there are no trees and you get the full brunt of the summer sun. The lots at Logan Landing can either be rented or purchased. I bought my lot. Also bought (for $150) my own boat slip. You can find their website on Google.
