I don't understand your point that "Why is that 85% of Americans that have insurance are happy with it?" It is those that DON"T have insurance that is the problem. Are you blind to that fact? After the debacle in 1992 with hillaryCare, the insurance compaanies were going to move forward to resolve some of the issues of pre existing and affordable coverage. They did nothing and now we have Obamacare. If you republicans did more than give the issue feeble lip service during the 8 years of Bush we could ahve resolved some of the issues with less gov't involvement. Bush and the republicans implemented Medicare D for prescriptions with government subsidy. Maybe, they taught Obama that gov't involvement was a necessary evil.

You sound like Carl Sagan "thousands and thousands of years ago" the cavemen realized that gov't involement was the kiss of death.
