The first one is the big gotcha. Doc don't know whats wrong, you need multiples tests to narrow down the probabilities, and it is all expensive. Then it is a matter of best guess, try this and try that then Doc will tell you what was wrong. Three months into this figuring it out process.
Or wait two weeks and it will go away.
