It's definitely an attack on our environment, and I guess the on-going problem is definitely having a negative effect on our economy. Maybe we'll declare war on the oil.

I thought his speech was lame.... but I'm not of a mind to make apologies for or to let BP off the hook no matter how many Americans they employ. Some offenses transend the employment issue.
