Walmart has one of the most horrible employment records of just about any company. They are routinely sued by their employees for everything from racism to ignoring US labor laws. They move into towns and put small businesses out of business, but reducing their prices to the point that it is actually a loss, but they can absorb it because they are so huge.

I think I'll take my chances with the government over Walmart any day.
