eaten goat. It was okay, but I don't think I want it again.

When I was in Argentina, We went to one of those Argentinean BBQ places where they serve all kinds of meat on skewers... well they had goats cooking in the window. Had them sitting on a large scale thing like one cooks chicken with, with their feet up in the air... I thought it looked a bit obscene, although I'm not sure why.

I also went to a buffet in Saudi one time when they served the "whole lamb" (head and all) roasted. They had it as the centerpiece, and it was indeed whole at that point.

It is all a matter of perspective, and what you grew up eating. Part of eating anything is getting past the mental part. One of my collegues went to dinner with some Taiwans. At the end of the dinner, he was presented with the leftover ducks feet and bill. He graciously insisted that the hosts must keep them, and they were some pretty happy Tainwans, as they are considered excellent for making soup with in Taiwan.
